Someone who had the most epic feuds in wrestling in the 80's was Ricky the Dragon Steamboat. In 1986, Randy Savage hit him with the bell which damaged his larynx in his throat which took time to recover. He returned on a Saturday Night Main Event episode and it was a set up for a classic battle in WrestleMania III match which had to stole the show. Afterwords, Ricky the Dragon Steamboat was the winner of the Intercontinental Championship. He later lost it to the Honkey Tonk Man. This was not the end of Ricky Steamboat. However, he never won the WWE then WWF Heavyweight Championship. Hulk Hogan was the man for this then. If not him there was Randy Savage. I always resepected the IC Belt. To me it wasn't just a throw away belt. It was well respected.
Next Ricky the Dragon Steamboat appeared back in the WCW which was then the National Wrestling Alliance. I remember my family and I just got cable and it was a Saturday 6:05 PM on TV. I started watching WCW because it was on cable. I didn't have this feature because because before 1988 I had to go over a family members house to watch Wrestling on cable TV. It was usually Prime Time Wrestling on USA for the then WWF now WWE. I remember this day because they had a mystery partner with Hot Stuff Eddie Gilbert to go against Barry Windham and Ric Flair to go against the then champion Ric Flair. To everyone's surprise it was Ricky Steamboat and this feud lived to it's expectation.
After his epic feud with Ric Flair which highlighted 1989 for the NWA which later became the WCW.
I don't know much of his career after expect for him getting in a feud with Stunning Steve Austin before he was Stone Cold.
He later wrestled Chris Jericho in one of his last matches. Even though he became WCW Heavyweight Champion, he never became WWF Heavyweight Champion. He was one of the greats that never became Heavyweight Champion at the time and he was really good. Maybe one of the best wrestlers in his time.
A 1986 Action Figure of Ricky the Dragon Steamboat can be found at 1986 WWE WWF LJN Ricky the Dragon Steamboat. I am selling my figure on eBay. If you are interested and you are a fan of Ricky the Dragon Steamboat you can own your very own Action Figure.

It is what made our childhoods magical and a great way to learn new things. Now you can listen to educational, fun tunes on Sesame Street records. On eBay now for sale catch the collector’s items. What great way to teach your children or even put those little ones to sleep? It is even a great piece of nostalgia for adults to reminisce to. I am working on selling some baseball cards of the 1980's and in this lot I want to feature 4 players who have had good careers for their time. In this blog I feature Carlton Fisk, Wally Backman, and Dennis "Oil Can" Boyd. I know that this is an odd bunch to put them together, but what bonds them are that their cards I am selling in a lot with many other cards. Carlton Fisk Carlton Fisk was a player from the 1970's and the 1980s. He played for the Boston Red Sox and then the Chicago White Sox. He was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 2000. He started off his career in great fashion as he was awarded American League Rookie of the Year in 1972. Also, he finished his career with 376 Home Runs to become the catcher with the most home runs in Major League Baseball. This was later passed by Mike Piazza. He earned the nickname Pudge through his career in the MLB. His highlight of his career was in Game 6 in the 1975 World Series he hit the game winning home run to win the g
