In a galaxy far far away, there was Luke Skywalker.  I remember as a child sitting in the living room with my family in front of the TV eating popcorn and watching the first Star Wars movies.  Who does not love Star Wars?  There are so many stories to get into.  Now children of all ages can enjoy the movies and franchise.  Whether you are a child or an adult you can collect the new figures.  Now Star Wars is part of Disney and you can watch episodes and the movies on Disney Plus, but what a great way to give a gift or just be a collector in the series.  Now on eBay you can buy the Star Wars Rise of Skywalker collectors item toy.  It is brand new never used still in the package and in great condition.  It is a must for the series.  Considering new movies are made each year, it is great for the collection.  Pass down the tradition to children of all ages or add to your adult collection.  Get it before it is gone.

Highlighting 3 Players from the 1980's

 I am working on selling some baseball cards of the 1980's and in this lot I want to feature 4 players who have had good careers for their time. In this blog I feature Carlton Fisk, Wally Backman, and Dennis "Oil Can" Boyd. I know that this is an odd bunch to put them together, but what bonds them are that their cards I am selling in a lot with many other cards.  Carlton Fisk  Carlton Fisk was a player from the 1970's and the 1980s. He played for the Boston Red Sox and then the Chicago White Sox. He was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 2000. He started off his career in great fashion as he was awarded American League Rookie of the Year in 1972. Also, he finished his career with 376 Home Runs to become the catcher with the most home runs in Major League Baseball. This was later passed by Mike Piazza. He earned the nickname Pudge through his career in the MLB. His highlight of his career was in Game 6 in the 1975 World Series he hit the game winning home run to win the g

One of WWE's Greats that never was WWF's Champion was Ricky the Dragon Steamboat

 Someone who had the most epic feuds in wrestling in the 80's was Ricky the Dragon Steamboat. In 1986, Randy Savage hit him with the bell which damaged his larynx in his throat which took time to recover. He returned on a Saturday Night Main Event episode and it was a set up for a classic battle in WrestleMania III match which had to stole the show. Afterwords, Ricky the Dragon Steamboat was the winner of the Intercontinental Championship. He later lost it to the Honkey Tonk Man. This was not the end of Ricky Steamboat. However, he never won the WWE then WWF Heavyweight Championship. Hulk Hogan was the man for this then. If not him there was Randy Savage. I always resepected the IC Belt. To me it wasn't just a throw away belt. It was well respected.  Next Ricky the Dragon Steamboat appeared back in the WCW which was then the National Wrestling Alliance. I remember my family and I just got cable and it was a Saturday 6:05 PM on TV. I started watching WCW because it was on cable.
