Summary of Part II in A Soul Warrior's Journey

     Part II of A Soul Warrior's Journey takes place where Joseph Woods, Matteus Andersen, and Ericka Andersen have a journey to Egypt and they need to fulfill a mission in the seven pyramids and the sphinx. This is a mission to free the spirits that are haunting Joseph Woods. They all need to perform certain ceremonies to free those spirits. However, they are in the territory of Meir Ben-Haim the ruler of Egypt and he is out for revenge on Matteus Andersen. It was his understanding that Matteus messed him up with his healing.

     Meir has General Akbar to hunt Joseph, Matteus and his friends down. Meir seeks advice from Darius his spiritual advisor now. Meir has connections in the Vatican and has practiced for years, but can Darius be trusted. As the book reveals, he is on a mission of his own.

      This part of the book is an adventure and it is a good read and will set the stage for book number two. The next blogs I will discuss a little bit about the characters in the book.

Highlighting 3 Players from the 1980's

 I am working on selling some baseball cards of the 1980's and in this lot I want to feature 4 players who have had good careers for their time. In this blog I feature Carlton Fisk, Wally Backman, and Dennis "Oil Can" Boyd. I know that this is an odd bunch to put them together, but what bonds them are that their cards I am selling in a lot with many other cards.  Carlton Fisk  Carlton Fisk was a player from the 1970's and the 1980s. He played for the Boston Red Sox and then the Chicago White Sox. He was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 2000. He started off his career in great fashion as he was awarded American League Rookie of the Year in 1972. Also, he finished his career with 376 Home Runs to become the catcher with the most home runs in Major League Baseball. This was later passed by Mike Piazza. He earned the nickname Pudge through his career in the MLB. His highlight of his career was in Game 6 in the 1975 World Series he hit the game winning home run to win the g

One of WWE's Greats that never was WWF's Champion was Ricky the Dragon Steamboat

 Someone who had the most epic feuds in wrestling in the 80's was Ricky the Dragon Steamboat. In 1986, Randy Savage hit him with the bell which damaged his larynx in his throat which took time to recover. He returned on a Saturday Night Main Event episode and it was a set up for a classic battle in WrestleMania III match which had to stole the show. Afterwords, Ricky the Dragon Steamboat was the winner of the Intercontinental Championship. He later lost it to the Honkey Tonk Man. This was not the end of Ricky Steamboat. However, he never won the WWE then WWF Heavyweight Championship. Hulk Hogan was the man for this then. If not him there was Randy Savage. I always resepected the IC Belt. To me it wasn't just a throw away belt. It was well respected.  Next Ricky the Dragon Steamboat appeared back in the WCW which was then the National Wrestling Alliance. I remember my family and I just got cable and it was a Saturday 6:05 PM on TV. I started watching WCW because it was on cable.
